3. Add cauliflower, green beans, and carrots in the frying pan. Cover it with a lid, and cook for at least five minutes until they become softer. If the mixture turns out to be too thick, add more quantity of water. Add this mixture to the reserved lentils, and cook for at least 20 minutes.
4. Stir in the lemon juice and cook for at least five minutes. You can adjust the seasonings as per your taste.
